Rebecca Merasty is an actress, model, poet and hobby photographer from Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan and she is a member of the Flying Dust First Nation community. She has played volleyball competitively throughout high school, college, university and has participated on several provincial teams competing throughout North America. 

Rebecca is passionate about health and wellbeing, which is reflected in her active lifestyle and her extensive portfolio of work.  Currently living in British Columbia, Canada, she can be seen hiking and enjoying nature in the beautiful outdoors as well as working with leaders in outdoor apparel such as Lululemon and Arc’teryx. 

Rebecca loves to learn about different ways to strengthen and optimize her health, both from a physical and mental perspective.  Research and evidence-based modalities are important to her which led her to experience SOLIUS and become a SOLIUS Advocate.
